Meine Schwester lernt fliegen
Meine Schwester lernt fliegen is part of a series that loosely follows a character. This character attempts,
in ever-changing ways, to regain control in a lonely and absurd world. In this case, it’s the attempt to fly.
I hang from an excavator dressed as a crow, my sister films me and comments on the proceedings, not entirely convinced of the meaning and purpose.

Excerpt from the subtitles - translated:
How is that supposed to work then? That I’m hanging inside straight? What’s straight? Not crooked like this, but like this? What’s like this?
Come, come
- First part of Hannah Learns to Fly. She’s just being dressed by her dad. Mom is screaming.
- Great! She’s hanging. - I’m going back to my original position now. - Hannah’s already hanging.

- Mom is getting nervous. - I’m still thinking to myself, wtf! - Fly once! Fly! Wing beat! Wing beat - More - More often
